


Canadian Phytosanitary Certificate
We are dipping our toes into shipping internationally to Canadian addresses. To make this a success, it will require patience and understanding on the part of all parties involved.
Orders through the week will be pulled, packed, and taken to our local Ag Dept for inspection on Mondays. Once inspected, they will be prepped to ship out on Tuesdays. Expect that transit and customs clearing time will be at least a week.
A Phytosanitary Certificate is required to accompany shipments of dahlia tubers into Canada. It serves as proof of inspection of your order by our local agriculture department.
Canadian orders
Canadian customers must purchase 1 Agricultural Phytosanitary Inspection Certificate per shipped order prior to checking out. The fee is $75 USD, regardless of the number of tubers ordered.
We are not responsible for additional import taxes or fees your order may incur.
Your order will be processed and released at the discretion of your customs department. Bloom Tide is not responsible for the length of time it takes packages to clear.

Shipping cost is NOT included
Shipping charges may cost anywhere from $30-$65+ and will be invoiced separately based on your order.
How to Order
Step 1: Add 1 Canadian Phytosanitary Certificate to your cart
Step 2: Add dahlia tubers to your cart
Step 3: Checkout
Step 4: Once you place your international order, contact alicia@bloomtideflowers.com with your order number so that we can communicate shipping prices and any other necessary information.
Step 5: While your order is being processed please be patient and look out for any emails where we may contact you with further instructions.
Step 5: Pay shipping when invoiced. If payment for shipping isn’t received within 7 days of request, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus $75 Phyto Certificate fee and a $15 USD restock fee to cover order processing fees.
Step 6: You will be sent a tracking number when your package ships. Please keep an eye out on the progress of your shipped tubers.

Phyto Certificate fees are non refundable once your order has been inspected.
