Summer Rain (B ID BR)
Size: B Medium
Form: ID Informal Decorative
Color: BR Bronze
Growers Notes
Color: Peachy pink to orange with golden streaks, and bronze with golden tips. It takes you on a ride throughout the season.
Growth habit: 4’-4 1/2’ tall with strong stems that reach just above the large deep green leaves.
Blooming habit: An early and moderate bloomer, that will pump out blooms from beginning to end. I found the 7” blooms to be surprisingly easy to add to bouquets and the color goes great with just about any palette. The petals twist and curl, giving it whimsical look, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen its center.
Features: I love it as a cut flower, and I’m obsessed with it as a garden plant.
